Meet Namit Mehta — a common man with common dreams, who for years struggled to take control of his health, not because he didn’t try, but because he never had the right structure or systems to follow.
Having studied in a boarding school since childhood, Namit was always active in his early years. He was exposed to sports and athletics and spent a large part of his childhood playing and staying physically active. However, despite being active, there was never any real structure around his lifestyle. His eating habits were unplanned, often filled with junk food, and there was no understanding of nutrition, recovery, or long-term health.
Everything changed after class 10, when he moved out of the structured environment of boarding school and into a more independent lifestyle in Delhi. With that freedom came poor eating habits, irregular routines, and a complete lack of discipline. This continued during his engineering years in Dehradun, where hostel life introduced even more challenges — limited food choices, poor nutrition, academic stress, and no structured approach to health. Despite being involved in sports, he could never truly consider himself fit.
After graduation, corporate life in Delhi NCR made things even worse. Long working hours, daily travel of 3–4 hours, stress, and a fast-paced city lifestyle pushed health further down the priority list. Eating outside became normal, unhealthy habits like smoking and drinking became frequent, and there was still no structure to fall back on.
Even after post-graduation in Pune and moving to Bangalore for work, the pattern didn’t change. The same cycle continued — work pressure, lack of routine, poor lifestyle choices, and no sustainable system to manage health.
By 2019, after nearly 12 years of accumulated unhealthy living, the impact became impossible to ignore. Namit weighed over 100 kg, faced breathlessness, low energy, and was diagnosed with prediabetes and fatty liver. Even while playing football — something he had loved since childhood — he struggled to keep up. That was the moment of realization. This wasn’t just about weight anymore. This was about long-term health.


During COVID, when life slowed down, Namit finally had the time to reflect. For the first time, instead of looking for shortcuts, he decided to build something that could actually work — not just for a few weeks, but for life.
He started educating himself, understanding how the body works, and most importantly, experimenting with real-life execution. He didn’t follow extreme diets or quick fixes. Instead, he built simple, practical systems — what to eat, how to train, how to structure his day, how to manage stress, and how to stay consistent even when life gets busy.
Slowly, things started changing. His weight reduced, his energy improved, his blood markers came under control, and most importantly, his lifestyle became structured. There were no shortcuts, no drugs, and no temporary hacks — only systems that he could follow every single day.
Over time, he didn’t just transform his body. He transformed his life.
